THE NAGE

The nage is one with uke, you become him and he becomes what you are, you are one with the universe and everything around you, You become his universe. You are the leader of his thoughts and physical communication, lead with a calm mind and you shall lead with a calm body of technique.

THE UKE

The uke is one with the nage, you become the sun, moon and the stars of that universe, and you become part of that universe, and help it work to its perfection, than you can become the partner of that universe, which makes the universe work as a whole. The working of these two concepts bring a perfect unification of mind and action.
