The experiences offered in the Kaizen Aikijitsu are based upon the meaning of balance as it pertains to our way of life and in our present daily stressful routines. Because time changes and people change as time goes on, a new and more aggressive form of studying the art of human development with dynamic movement is needed.

Kaizen Aikijitsu is an art to develop the individual, to find a way to regain the concept of balance in our lives as a source of health, wisdom, and guidance.

The study of Kaizen Aikijitsu is approached through a strong understanding of intricate body movements, by concentration deeply into the mechanics of human engineering as a physical stimulation and emotional and mental functions of being. Somehow we forget or lose this balance and in this unbalanced state of mind we tend to be indecisive and not confident of others and ourselves. So that the feeling, thinking and senses can become one and reunite the natural aspects of the sources. Then these sense can integrate and relieve the mind from stress. To accomplish this, one needs to reunite the mind, body and spirit.

The study of Kaizen Aikijitsu movements is the vehicle for creating the experience of balance in many of these levels, psychology has shown us that the body will house mental beliefs and emotional defenses that occur during lifetime.

The balance of life, of self, as thought in the Kaizen Aikijitsu classes appears when the self is allowed to regain it's natural alignment, physically, mentally and spiritually, To do this, first the mind thinks of dignity, pride and confidence in oneself. A person must accomplish a type of placement that does not impede the flow of positive energy.

A sense of freedom and relaxation will retrieve and replace those feelings with vitality, centerness and serenity. This is the Kaizen Aikijitsu teaching for human development and health.
